Our Purpose
The purpose of this ski club is to promote alpine sports, which includes skiing, telemarking, and snowboarding, through education and instruction. To provide members with an opportunity to participate in alpine sports at other resorts; to partner with other clubs in the Western Pennsylvania Ski Council in promotion of alpine activities; and to enhance the abilities of all members.

In 1999 a few skiers grew tired of trying to find a ski club that was not just a social club where some of the members occassionaly skied. So less than a dozen of us banded together and decided to form our own club and see if we could build something out of nothing. Thus, Acme Ski Club was founded.
